Abstract

In our work, we examined through a qualitative approach the posts shared in the subreddit r/adhd and r/autism, an online community for neurodiverse individuals with data from October 2022 to January 2022. Applying thematic analysis, we identified how individuals with neurodiversity use online community to 1) share job-related concerns and 2) process their personal experiences while seeking advice.
