Jana Renner is the Program Coordinator for the NSF ADVANCE Institutional Transformation for Faculty Diversity initiative at the University of Texas at El Paso. Prior to this, she was the Assistant Director for the UTEP Model Institutions for Excellence Program. She currently serves on the UTEP President's Advisory Committee on Women.

Evelyn Posey is the Dorrance D. Roderick Endowed Professor and Chair of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) Department of English and PI on the NSF ADVANCE Institutional Transformation for Faculty Diversity initiative. A specialist in Rhetoric and Writing Studies, she has served as Director of English Education; Director of the West Texas Writing Project, a site of the National Writing Project; Associate Dean of Liberal Arts; and Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs.
